Scaffolder

Are you technically skilled, physically strong, and comfortable working at heights? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Scaffolder, you will start your day early, fully equipped with your helmet and safety harness. Working in pairs, you’ll be responsible for assembling stable and secure scaffolding structures at residential sites. You will collaborate closely with installation teams to ensure safe and efficient setups for heat pump and air conditioning installations.

Once an installation is completed, you’ll be notified to dismantle the scaffolding and ensure all materials are safely stored. During your shift rotation, you will also collect installation waste and deliver it to the affiliated waste processing company.

From historic building renovations to new residential projects, your work is essential in ensuring smooth and safe operations.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience in scaffolding or construction
• Valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one – facilitated by Roke Group)
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Valid Category B driving license
• Physical strength for scaffolding tasks
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Relevant scaffolding certifications
